Terms of Use

These terms apply to basehub.org and every page, feed, and endpoint served from it (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What BaseHub is
Section titled “What BaseHub is”BaseHub is a compendium of open resources about Base, assembled into one site and built for agents. It is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Coinbase, Base, or any related entity.
No warranty and no advice
Section titled “No warranty and no advice”The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Content can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax, or security advice. Always verify contract addresses, network parameters, and protocol behavior against primary sources before you act on them. To the maximum extent the law allows, the maintainer is not liable for any loss or damage that results from your use of the Site.
Analytics and your consent
Section titled “Analytics and your consent”The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WJLM7HDSFM), a service
provided by Google LLC. The Site does not show a cookie consent banner or a
consent management platform.
By accessing or using the Site, you consent to all analytics collection, storage, and processing described in this section. That consent covers every Google Analytics storage and processing purpose, and it is set to granted for all of them by default. Specifically, you consent to:
analytics_storage— cookies and device identifiers used for analytics.ad_storage— cookies and identifiers used for advertising purposes.ad_user_data— sending your data to Google for advertising purposes.ad_personalization— use of your data for personalized advertising.functionality_storageandpersonalization_storage— storage that supports site function and personalization.security_storage— storage used for security and fraud prevention.
What is collected
Section titled “What is collected”Google Analytics collects, at a minimum:
- Pages and endpoints you request, page titles, and referring URLs.
- Session activity — visit counts, session duration, engagement time, scrolls, outbound link clicks, file downloads, and site searches.
- Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.
- Device, browser, operating system, screen size, and language.
- A pseudonymous client identifier stored in first-party cookies (
_gaand_ga_*) and in similar browser storage, which persists across visits. - Any additional signals Google enables for the property, including Google Signals, cross-device and demographic reporting, and audience data derived from your activity.
This data is transmitted to Google and processed on Google infrastructure, including servers in the United States and other countries. Google may use it as described in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use our services. You consent to that transfer and processing.
What is not collected
Section titled “What is not collected”The Site has no accounts, no login, no comments, and no payment or contact forms. It does not ask you for a name, an email address, or a wallet address, and it does not sell your data.
Your choices
Section titled “Your choices”If you do not want this collection, you must not use the Site. You can also:
- Block or delete cookies and site data for
basehub.orgin your browser. - Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Use a browser, extension, or network filter that blocks analytics requests.
- Adjust personalization at Google Ad Settings.
The Site does not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Acceptable use
Section titled “Acceptable use”You can read, copy, and quote Site content, including the raw Markdown, JSON, and text endpoints, for any lawful purpose. Automated access is expected and welcome — that is what the Site is built for. Do not use the Site to break the law, to attack the Site or its hosting, or to interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
Content and licensing
Section titled “Content and licensing”BaseHub source and content are published under the MIT License. Material gathered from upstream sources stays subject to its own license and terms. Trademarks and logos belong to their owners.
External links
Section titled “External links”The Site links to third-party sites, tools, and providers. Those links are not endorsements. The maintainer does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
Section titled “Changes to these terms”These terms can change at any time. The effective date above shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
